With a growth mindset, children not only understand what they are capable of doing but they also begin to identify and learn ways to overcome what they consider to be limitations. And then, when they believe they can get smarter, they understand that effort makes them stronger. This in turns encourages them to put in extra time and effort which leads to higher achievement.

People often associate sexual harassment with only sexual favours or assault, but it takes on other forms as well. We may not always be able to tell, but we should be aware, so as to take the necessary steps when we are either victim to or know of someone else who is.
